Cancel Your Membership
Sign in, pick the account, done. No fee, no notice period, and nobody is going to call you about it. Each account is a separate subscription, so you can cancel one and keep the rest.

Cancelling ends a real subscription, so we ask you to sign in the same way you signed up — we email you a link, and there is no password. It takes about as long as it took to create the account.
Email me a sign-in linkIf you cannot get into the email on the account, reply to any Feodis message and a person will cancel it for you. You will not be kept paying because of a login.
What Happens Next
- Your membership runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. You are not charged again. The one exception: if this is your first payment, it has been three days or less, and nothing has been furnished yet, we refund that payment in full instead — see the refund guarantee in the terms.
- We stop furnishing after that. The payment history already reported stays on your credit file, because it is an accurate record of what happened. Nothing new is added.
- If you also pay for the credit monitoring add-on, that is a separate subscription and cancelling here does not cancel it. Tell us in the box above if you want both stopped and we will do both.
- You will get an email confirming the cancellation. If it has not arrived within one business day, reply to any Feodis email and we will sort it out.
To be straight with you about the mechanics: this form records your request and a human cancels the billing, usually the same day. We would rather tell you that than pretend a button ended it instantly. Either way, you will not be charged for another period.
